Each samosa features a shatteringly crisp, blistered golden-brown pastry shell encasing a steaming, fragrant filling of tender potatoes and green peas seasoned with aromatic spices like cumin, coriament, and turmeric. The live cooking experience ensures every samosa is served fresh from the fryer with a satisfying crunch that cold, soggy samosas simply can’t match.
Perfect for weddings, corporate events, cultural celebrations, Deepavali gatherings, carnival nights, festive parties, and international food festivals, this live station serves up to 100 servings per hour with 1 crew member included. It’s the perfect vegetarian treat that even meat-eaters love, making it a robust crowd-pleaser for all ages.
The station includes mint chutney or sweet tamarind sauce to cut through the richness and elevate the flavours, served as 2 samosas on a kraft tray per guest. Our standard potato and pea filling is mildly spiced with the fragrance of curry spices without overwhelming chilli heat, suitable for most international guests.
